We spent our day today in Springfield, IL touring The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum and the Lincoln Home that Abraham Lincoln and his wife lived in with their children in 1860.

There was a fun play room for the kids at the museum. They all kept busy with the Lincoln Logs.....
And Rena and Maleah tried out some of the olden day clothes.....
They also had some "old time toys" to try out.....
Rena got a little tired and snuck in a nap before the tour started at The Lincoln House......

Looks like there are lots of fun places to go in your new hometown! I am glad your Dad came out for a visit. I saw on your earlier posting when Stacy was there that there was a tornado warning? Scary! ...I am happy to hear it all turned out okay! :)
