LONG TIME NO BLOG.......

Things have been a bit crazy around here the past couple of weeks so this is the first "Keyes Update" that I have done since the middle of December. (Sorry for all of the pictures at once!) As you can see we have stayed busy and had a great Christmas. Hope everyone enjoyed the Christmas holiday and has a HAPPY NEW YEAR!

CHRISTMAS #2 WITH GRANDMA & GRANDPA KEYES

Cameron & Rena are inside of one of their new "tubes" that came from Grandpa Steve & Bonnie. Of course it's really suppose to be on the ground to crawl through, but as long as no one is fighting over it I don't care how they use it! Cameron is wearing the Rudolph nose from Bonnie..........you can't tell, but it lights up and flashes -- all of the kids had fun taking turns with it.
Grandma & Grandpa Keyes know what Rena likes -- anything Dora! This cash register is going to be a big hit!

Maleah wasn't big on opening presents, but she sure is having fun with the new toys!

NO POWER

The wind storm knocked us out of power for 8 days. This is what we looked like for a couple of nights........at one point we had 52 candles lighting the room. It was fun for a couple of nights, but once we hit day number 3 the kids and I moved down to Stacy & Mike's house. When we arrived there none of us had any idea that we would still be there a week later.

A TRAIN, COOKIES AND SANTA

Jeff took Cameron & Rena on the Santa train one morning when we were without power. They boarded in North Bend and rode the train to Snoqualmie where they got off, had cookies and saw Santa.

FUN WITH GRANDMA GAIL

Grandma Gail came and spent a few nights with us and watched the kids for me during the day so that I could get some Christmas shopping done. Cameron came up with this "ride" for Maleah.

A FUN WEEKEND WITH THE COUSINS

Megan and Alex stayed the night with us on Saturday night. We tried to set-up a bed for the kids to watch movies, but Cameron and Rena were so tired that they didn't last long.
The kids had fun in this playroom at The Seattle Center while we were waiting for Megan to perform.

Megan is part of a performing gymnastics team through The Little Gym. We got to go watch her Saturday night out at The Seattle Center. She looked great and performed great....WAY TO GO MEGAN! Posted by Picasa

A PRESCHOOL CHRISTMAS PARTY

Cameron did really good this year singing with his class. He even looked like he was having fun!
Rena had fun with the crafts and the treats!
Maleah walked around the room as if she was in charge. She even stood right up front with one of the teachers during the singing and did a little dancing!
This is Cameron with one of his good friends.......Max. He loves spending time with Max in class and at Max's house. Posted by Picasa

DECORATING OUR PERFECT TREE

Cameron thought that he should decorate the high spots and stand on the chair. Of course as soon as he did it Rena wanted to also!
Rena put all of her decorations on the same branch.....and Maleah walked around behind Cameron & Rena pulling off all of the decorations that she could reach! Posted by Picasa
