CAMERON'S FIELD-TRIP TO JUBILEE FARMS

Cameron's preschool class went on a field-trip this morning out to one of the local pumpkin farms. I got to go with just Cameron while the girls stayed home with one of our neighbors. It's something that doesn't happen very often and I really enjoyed spending time with just Cameron. We had a fun-filled morning!

We met Cameron's class on the steps in front of the barn.
Then it was off to see the pigs.....
and the chickens.
Next was the tractor ride out to the pumpkin patch.....

where everyone got to pick a pumpkin.

Finally, we ended the trip with some fun in the hay maze and some yummy chocolate-chip-pumpkin cookies that the kids had made last week in class. It was a fun morning!
OUR SPOOKY PUMPKINS!

Pretty scary, huh?!!?!!

Cameron drawing his face on his pumpkin before carving!
Rena scraping the guts out of her pumpkin!
PICKING OUR PUMPKINS

We went out to a pumpkin farm on Saturday afternoon to get some pumpkins and have some fun. The place that we went had a fun "pumpkin cannon", tractor rides and LOTS of pumpkins to choose from.

Cameron searched for his perfect pumpkin (luckily he wasn't too picky).....
.....while Rena just wanted the smallest one she could find...... .....and Maleah really didn't care as long as she didn't have to walk!

HAPPY OCTOBER!

Our homemade masks...........Daddy the pirate, Maleah "Boo", Cameron the pumpkin, Mommy the witch and Rena the cat!

We're a little early for trick-or-treating, but it's never too early for Halloween treats.........

I think more frosting went straight into their little mouths then onto the cookies, but we did manage to have enough frosting for every cookie! And Jeff & I even managed to get a cookie or two!
