Today Rena had another first day of preschool -- at a new school.
We recently decided that the preschool that both Maleah and Rena were going to wasn't a good fit for our family and that it was time to make a change. So after some calling around, talking to friends and neighbors, touring the school and meeting the teachers Rena started at Woodland Baptist Preschool this morning. She was a little bit upset by the change and was crying when I left the school this morning, but by the time I picked her up 2 hours later she was having fun and was very excited because she had already made a new friend, Hailey!
The big disappointment about the new school is that they don't have any space available in their 3-year-old class for Maleah. So for now Maleah won't be going to school, but will be spending every waking moment of the day with her mom! :)

So sorry to hear Maleah is not at preschool but glad you made a change that you feel is beneficial. If you guys were here, I would still take Maleah even if class was full. Come on back!!

I am glad that you found a better school. That was a good idea. I am sorry though that Maleah will be spending every waking moment with you. That little break is always nice. Hopefully they will have an opening soon and she can join the class.
