A HEAD INJURY AND A NEW DOG

Cameron took a little fall on Thanksgiving night at Stacy & Mike's place that sent us to the Emergency Room. Luckily, they were able to glue the cut rather than do stiches. He was so great during the whole thing. Jeff & I were really proud of him and can't believe how big of a boy he is. He did everything that the nurse and doctor asked him to do and once the initial hurt and bleeding stopped he hardly cried. We had some pouting and whining, but I'm sure I probably would have been doing that too!! :) While we were at the hospital he was just very concerned about whether or not he was going to get a popsicle and whether or not there was going to be a cupcake left for him when we got back! He's doing good now and actually thinks the glue is kind of cool. He also likes his new dog that he got at the hospital. This morning he actually gave his bunny to Rena (he has slept with his bunny every night since he was born). We told him not to give it away, though, so he ended up just loaning it to her. Posted by Picasa
