Yesterday morning, March 30th, we woke up to find a couple of inches of snow had fallen through the night. The McCullough's were over for the day and the kids had a great time outside playing.
Right now we have a very cute snowman in our front yard, but I think I'm ready to trade it in on some pretty yellow daffodils!! I sure hope Spring arrives soon!!

The girls room is finally complete! It's actually been done (well, pretty much done) for the past couple of months, but we just put the finishing touches on it -- closet doors and a little bit of touch-up paint. Here's the before, during and after pictures:
The BEFORE: Everything hanging on the walls was made by Cameron at preschool.
The DURING:
The AFTER: Rena loves purple!
Plenty of hooks for all of the necklaces, purses, telephones and school bags!
The girls (and Jeff & I) love their new room. Like Cameron's room (Cameron's Room Makeover) it was a lot of work, but definitely worth it.

"Battleship" has become a favorite game around our house in the evenings. One of our neighbors loaned the game to Cameron a couple of weeks ago and Cameron loves it! At first I had to help him, but now he can beat Jeff pretty much all on his own. It's fun to see him so excited when he sinks one of Jeff's ships. It's not hard to tell what's happening in the game when I hear -- Jeff: "hit" -- followed by Cameron's loud and very excited: "YES!".

On Rena's birthday I did a post with a look back at her yearly professional pictures (Happy 4th Birthday Rena), but I hadn't gotten these back yet. So here's an update to that post..........
When Rena picked out her dress for her pictures Maleah, of course, wanted a new dress also. So, I used it as an opportunity to get an updated picture of the 3 kids..........
How much longer do you think Cameron will let his sisters kiss him???

Rena had her first ballet class today and loved it!
We have been reading and watching a lot of "Angelina Ballerina" and Rena has been making up her own dances lately so she was definitely ready for the class. When she got home this afternoon she was still so excited that she decided to have her own class at home where she was the teacher. Maleah was the only one willing to participate -- Cameron wanted nothing to do with it!
Rena's the one with the purple (of course) scarf looking in the mirror. She loved watching herself dance in the mirror!
Maleah did really good during the whole class. I was worried that she was going to want to be in the class also (which she can't because you have to be 3), but she did really good just hanging out with me watching the dancers! I hope next week goes as well!
