On Saturday afternoon while we were up North visiting the family we all decided to take a trip to the LegoLand in Chicago. Cameron is crazy about legos and was so excited to go.....he told me at 6 am on Saturday morning that he hadn't slept all night long because he was so excited and couldn't wait to go!
This is "miniland" - "see Chicago in miniature - and perfect in every detail". It was made with nearly 1.5 million lego bricks. This was only about 1/2 of the model.....it was really amazing!
This was the "soft play" zone. This kids had a lot of fun building towers and castles with these big soft legos!

Alex would love that place. We will have to go there again next time we make it back to visit. Did Cameron love it???? He has a huge smile on his face. :)
I think we need to move to where you are. Looks like lots of fun stuff to do.
